To help us get closer to a day when breast cancer never steals another year of anyone’s life, the American Cancer Society has developed supporting materials for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) in October to raise awareness about all the things people can do to create a world with less breast cancer and more birthdays. The materials focus on promoting the importance of yearly mammograms and choosing to engage in healthy behaviors that help reduce risk, as well as encouraging people to join the fight against the disease.
